Your Mission
- Support the finance team in daily accounting operations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Assist with reporting and reconciliation processes.
- Ideal for fresh graduates and entry-level candidates looking to build a career in accounting and finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in posting and processing accounting entries.
- Support accounts receivable and accounts payable activities.
- Prepare invoices and maintain financial records.
- Assist with expense tracking and reconciliations.
- Help prepare weekly and monthly financial reports.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
- Support payroll and expense report processing.
- Assist senior accountants with audits and financial closing activities.
- Monitor cash transactions and basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- 0–1 year of experience in accounting or finance is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team and manage tasks effectively.
