Your Mission

  • Support the finance team in daily accounting operations.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
  • Assist with reporting and reconciliation processes.
  • Ideal for fresh graduates and entry-level candidates looking to build a career in accounting and finance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in posting and processing accounting entries.
  • Support accounts receivable and accounts payable activities.
  • Prepare invoices and maintain financial records.
  • Assist with expense tracking and reconciliations.
  • Help prepare weekly and monthly financial reports.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
  • Support payroll and expense report processing.
  • Assist senior accountants with audits and financial closing activities.
  • Monitor cash transactions and basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with company procedures.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • 0–1 year of experience in accounting or finance is an added advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Good numerical and analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and manage tasks effectively.
